General Meetings
The last meeting was held March 11, 2023 at the cemetery. New board member needs and tree limb maintenance problems were discussed.
The first general meeting was held at the cemetery on March 16, 2013.
Board Meetings
The last meeting of the Board of Directors was on September 15, 2022 at the Nesbitt Memorial Library. An interim Recording Secretary was elected.

Texas Historical Marker Dedication Ceremony - April 28, 2018
The Texas Historical Marker Dedication Ceremony was held at the cemetery.
Historical Rural Cemetery Tour - April 14, 2016
The Nesbitt Memorial Library hosted an Historical Rural Cemetery Tour which included:
- Ijams Cemetery, Paulina and Jim Kearney presented;
- Borden Cemetery, Nancy Klauber presented;
- Osage Community Cemetery, Mary Anne Pickens presented.
Weimar Ladies Encore Lions Club - March 26, 2014
Mary Anne Pickens and Willa Jepson gave a presentation to the Weimar Ladies Encore Lions Club. The presentation gave some history of the cemetery and told some stories of the people buried there.
Work Days
Pesek-Hermes Memorials, Inc. from Hallettsville, Texas did some much needed repair and leveling of tombstones in 2018. They did excellent work!
The last work day was November 8, 2014. Twenty people gathered to pick up and burn limbs and debris from the removal of 12 dead cedar trees. The last of the dead trees were removed by the end of 2015.
